How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
We typically set our delivery schedule 3 days before drop off, especially for the weekend. However, we try to be as flexible as possible, so contact us any time and we will do our best to accommodate you. We often can!
Do you require a deposit?

We require a $25 deposit to reserve your order.Our system uses Pay Pal to collect deposit.You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to make payment,you may use any debit or credit card. This deposit will be credited to your total balance. Remaining payment due in Cash-Cash App- Venmo, or Pay Pal, before or on delivery. If you choose to cancel,$25 is non-refundable.

When is payment due?

Payment is required before or at delivery.

Can I keep the bounce house overnight?
Your bouncer is an all day rental….Enjoy!  Sometimes, for our schedule, we will require the bounce house to be picked up same day, delivered the night before or picked up the next morning. 
What if there is bad weather on my rental day?
We understand that weather plays a big part on your plans for the bounce house. We monitor weather closely throughout our season and will contact you if we will not be delivering your bounce house. We will try to reschedule for a more convenient time.
Occasionally, we must pick up the bounce house earlier than expected due to impending storms. We will work with you to try and provide as much rental time as possible.
Do I need an extension cord?

We will provide 1 Extension cord-1 Large Tarp- Required Anchors- 1 Sprinkler head- 1 25ft Waterhose. You must provide remaining length of hose to reach water source. We require a minimum of 3ft entry way. We must clear any trees and electrical lines overhead.
